Configuration and feature of PVC pipe production line

1. Features of PVC pipe production line and PVC large diameter pipe production line: PVC water supply and drainage pipe production line has unique screw design, short residence time of materials in the barrel, good mixing and plasticizing effect;

2. Adopting high quality reducer, beautiful appearance, stable operation and low noise; adopting copper fin ceramic band heater and air cooling system, with good heating and cooling effect and accurate temperature control;

3.The vacuum exhaust system can discharge the moisture and volatile gas in the material, which can improve the quality of products;

4.The main motor adopts silicon controlled DC speed regulator or frequency conversion speed governor. The output torque of the motor is stable and can realize stepless speed regulation.It is suitable for processing powder PVC heat sensitive materials.

5.Vacuum setting device: pipe vacuum spray box, pipe spray cooling box, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel.

6. Tractor: two claw, four claw, six claw, eight claw pipe tractor, to meet the production requirements of different pipes.

7. Cutting machine: chip free cutting, sawing, planetary sawing (with chamfering).Expansion equipment for rigid PVC pipe.Stacking device: automatic turnover plate or roller type stacking device.

8.There are a variety of electrical control systems for selection (such as: automatic control system), stable production, simple control and easy operation.

9.According to the requirements of users, the company can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe and core layer foam pipe unit after equipped with special equipment, and can produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and other material pipes.
